Yamaha provides very poor services. I went to service my Yamaha motorbike three times and the service was not good. Very poor service indeed.

This is about Yamaha Motorcycle's UK service! Scandalous!
My flywheel rotor from my R1 5VY model was damaged and this is supposed to be a recall part change! The UK service is terrible and after two weeks, I was given a quotation for £820! However, online, you can get it for £380! The Yamaha service in Poland quoted me £280!
What is going on here? Who is trying to rip me off? UK Yamaha service should be banned by the Japanese head office!
Or at least have a serious talk. Bastards!

I bought a 1975 Yamaha DT 400B it came from Colorado USA . it is registered but DVLA (driving vehicle licencing authority) in the UK do not have a model number to complete the log book (pink slip I think you call it) so I am unable to insure it properly the engine/frame number is 501-00**** can you help or point me in any direction that you can .. I've tried Yamaha UK and they suggested getting in touch with Yamaha USA

Bike problem I'm yesterday buy new bike but battery down but company battery life warranty two years but not one day battery down now you change the battery or change or another new bike
No ccu included with bike and no alternative provided either
Bought a brand new yzf250 and didn't come with the relevant parts to link it to the Yamaha tuner app as since buying I've found out it's something to do with UK law they can't provide it with UK bikes. No alternative offered that would be ok in the UK, no compensation offered. Just ping pong emails getting no where, just don't waste your time with them

I had 6,7 th service frm bangalore after that my bike having somany problems. Now my radiator fan is not working.
This much quality only there in that bike.
Im disappointed about yamaha service. Im very shame to tell you that.
- Smoke is coming from engine side
- Over heating
- For my all problems yamaha company should be take an action

Complaint Regarding Unresolved Account and Missing Helmet
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your authorized dealers, Probliss Motorbike Showroom in Jammu.
I purchased a Yamaha FZ-S from this dealership about a month ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, my account has not been settled.
Additionally, as part of the purchase agreement, the dealer promised to provide a helmet with the bike.
Unfortunately, despite numerous requests, I have not received the helmet, and the dealer continues to delay and avoid fulfilling this promise.
I trusted the Yamaha brand for its quality and reliability, but this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I kindly request your immediate intervention to resolve this matter and ensure that the dealer fulfills his commitments.

I haven't talked to anyone yet. I can be idling in a lake with stumps, and if I hit one, it kills my engine.
Then, it won't start back up sometimes for an hour or so.

I have a Yamaha MT 15 bike. Ever since I bought the bike, I am having a problem that the engine light shows on but the bike stops.
After driving for a kilometer, the engine light of the bike turns on and the bike stops at the same place. I told this problem to the Chittorgarh Yamaha showroom but they did not solve it and gave me a bill of Rs 800. On top of that, they did not fit the bike properly. It started making noise and they took Rs 800.
Yamaha's service in Chittorgarh is very bad. They did not repair the bike and on top of that, they did a bad fitting and even put some screws back. My bike's problem has not been solved for a year. I want Yamaha to recall my bike MT 15.
Sir, please recall my bike. It stops in the middle of the road every day. I am fed up. I am fed up of giving money to the Chittorgarh Yamaha showroom named Sharda Motors.
Please solve it. I am sharing with this mail the screen shot of the problem with the bike and the money taken without reason at the showroom.
I'm very unhappy with Yamaha motors Chittorgarh showroom. My hearty request plese recall my MT15
Otherwise I will set my MT 15 on fire and make its video viral on social media.

I bought a yamaha R15S three months back from Srivari bikes maduravoyal. On 27.06.2024 my office staff travelled in the bike for 5 kms and parked the vehicle in my apartment parking and came home.
Suddenly around 12pm the bike caught fire by itself. The people nearby saw this and informed our neighbour and they all ceased the fire together and informed us. When contacted the bike dealer he said nothing can be done from their end and I have to claim insurance only. Now the process for insurance is on.
My question is how can a new bike catch fire by itself? is there a fault in the vehicle model? Why shd i claim insurance when thw vehicle is at fault?
No body from the showroom is taking the responsibility for this. I request if the company can give a solution for this
